How quickly can I expect a reply?
I usually reply within 2 hours via WhatsApp. Outside working hours it may take a little longer, but you'll always hear back the same day.
Is a first conversation free of obligation?
Yes, an introductory conversation is always free and without obligation. I first look at what you need, and then you decide whether to continue.
What's the best way to schedule a meeting?
Call, email or send a WhatsApp message, and we'll find a time that works for both of us.
Do you also come on site?
Certainly. For an introduction or a meeting I'm happy to visit you in the Groningen region. Meeting online is of course also possible.

What is the address for?
Pascal Services works from Groningen but has no physical office for visitors. The address is a registered business address. Meetings always take place at your location or online.
Costs and payment
What does one-off help without a contract cost?
One-off help, such as a change to your website or a technical issue, costs €75 per hour (excl. VAT). After a first conversation I'll know roughly how much time it takes and give you an honest estimate. A maintenance plan includes hours in the monthly fee.
How do I pay an invoice?
You receive an invoice by email with a payment term of 14 days. Payment is by bank transfer.
Do you provide a quote in advance?
Yes, always. I first send a quote so you know exactly where you stand. You never pay for surprises.
What does it cost to have a website built?
The price depends on what you need. A simple website starts at around €500 (excl. VAT). I always prepare a tailored quote first.
What does web hosting cost?
Hosting is included in every maintenance plan, from €25 per month (excl. VAT), including updates, backups and monitoring. Hosting only, without maintenance, is available from €7.99 per month (excl. VAT).
What is a maintenance plan and what does it cost?
With a maintenance plan I keep your website or app running: hosting, updates, backups, monitoring and fast support. There are three plans: Basic (€25 per month), Carefree (€89 per month, including 1 hour of changes) and Partner (€249 per month, including 3 hours of changes). All prices exclude VAT.
Are there any extra costs I should be aware of?
Sometimes there are external costs, such as a domain name or software licences. I always communicate these upfront and transparently.

Do you also work with other companies or freelancers?
Yes. Do you have a larger project or specific requirements? Then I'll bring in my network where needed, so you're always well looked after.
What if my problem is outside your expertise?
Then I'll tell you honestly. I always help think of a solution and refer you to the right party if needed.
